While summer temps seems to have really cooled off today, 55 degrees when I hit the south end of the park at 5:15am, time to get out the layers.
Arm warmers, windproof vest, made for an enjoyable endurance ride…
Some warming massage lotions and knee warmers, especially could have helped too…don’t forget some hat under the helmet too!
And if coming from more than 15 minutes away from park, a cool down layer is very helpful…
